Kick off with the “Ski Shots” challenge, where participants compete to finish a row of shots from a ski-shaped board!First game: Snowball Toss (Participants aim for targets with foam snowballs to win drink vouchers).
6:00 PM – Free Drinks Hour
Special free drinks offered for 1 hour at the bar (beer, cider, or wine).Guests mingle and enjoy ski-themed decorations and winter music.
7:00 PM – Conga Line & Snow Machine
Get the party moving with a lively conga line around the venue, led by event staff.The snow machine creates a winter wonderland effect during the conga!
7:30 PM – Second Round of Ski Games
Ski Race: Teams “ski” on wooden boards (like a group sled) in a fun race for prizes.Avalanche Dodge: Quick-reflex game where participants have to duck or jump to avoid the “avalanche” (inflatable snowballs).
8:30 PM – Après Ski DJ Set
Après ski tunes fill the room as the DJ starts up the evening party, playing a mix of ski-lodge favorites and upbeat tracks.
9:00 PM – Last Round of Ski Shots
Another round of Ski Shots at the bar for everyone who dares!
10:00 PM – Event Closing
Final snow machine blast and a celebratory toast to end the night.Event concludes, but guests are welcome to stay at the venue and enjoy more drinks or music.
